In what appears to be a home ice special, the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL) championship series will return to Kimberley’s Civic Centre Thursday, April 5.

The Kimberley Dynamiters last night dropped a 4-1 decision to the Revelstoke Grizzlies at the Revelstoke Forum, pushing the series to two games to one for the Nitros. Kimberley captured the first two games of the series at home 2-1 and 5-1.

Game four is this evening in Revelstoke, with a 7:30 p.m. local time start.

Thursday’s game five in Kimberley begins at 7:30 p.m.

Game six, if necessary, is back in Revelstoke Friday, April 6 (7 p.m.) and game seven would be back in Kimberley on Sunday, April 8 as the Dynamiters and Grizzlies battle for the KIJHL 2017/18 crown.
