Following our economic development advocacy efforts in 2024, the Kimberley & District Chamber of Commerce was successful in being selected to develop a comprehensive Investment Readiness & Attraction Strategy for Kimberley.

This initiative will position our community to attract new businesses, diversify our economy, and create local employment opportunities.

This project is supported by the Province of British Columbia’s Rural Economic Diversification and Infrastructure Program (REDIP).

Kimberley Chamber received $82,000 in funding to conduct a comprehensive review and strategy, with the chamber contributing $18,000 in funding over two years in support of this project.
