Ski season is right around the corner and Saturday, Oct. 25 is your chance to sell under-utilized gear or buy low-cost pre-owned gear before the season officially kicks off.

Kimberley Nordic Club will be accepting all working condition skis, bindings, boots, poles, and any other winter gear (Nordic-ski specific or otherwise). Sellers: come by Friday, October 24 between 4 and 7 p.m. to register and drop off your gear.

The store will be open Saturday, October 25 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

There will be several coaches on site to assist with equipment selection. Cash or card accepted.

All proceeds from this event go towards our Junior Development program. Athletes from the JDP team will be on site selling The Bread Peddler baked goods and offering ski waxing by donation to raise funds for the program.

The club’s biathlon coaching team will also be set up outside the lodge, offering Ecoaims digital rifle demonstrations for those interested in trying out biathlon.
