Last Offer Vote set for August 25
The BC Labour Relations Board has issued a Notice of Poll to all 91 unionized employees of the City of Kimberley under Section 78 – Last Offer Vote.
The poll will be held on Thursday, August 25, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall.
The question to United Steelworkers Local 1-405 on the ballot is: “Do you agree to accept the Employer’s offer for settlement of your collective agreement?”
