Spray patch operations begin July 23
Spray patch operations will begin on Wednesday, July 23 and are expected to be completed by Friday, July 25 in the City of Kimberley.
This work will take place in the areas of Forest Crowne Gate, Morrison Road, and Knighton Road.
Spray patching is a road maintenance technique that uses a specialized machine to clean, coat, and fill potholes and cracks in asphalt pavement. This cost-effective and efficient method allows for durable repairs with minimal disruption.
Please note that loose gravel will remain around the patched areas for a few days to allow proper setting. Sweeping will occur once the patches have had sufficient time to set.
We ask all road users to observe posted signage and use caution when driving through the work zones.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we complete these critical maintenance activities.
