On Wednesday, November 23 Kootenay Savings Credit Union negotiators and the United Steelworkers (USW), Locals 9705 and 1-405 reached a tentative agreement.

Both parties will be recommending acceptance of the terms of this renewed collective agreement to their principals, the USW reported in a media release. It added that once the agreement has been ratified, further details will be released.
