Mudslides impacting traffic flow

Two mudslides are disrupting traffic flow this afternoon, including shutting Highway 3 near Creston.

A mudslide one kilometre north of Kimberley has reduced Highway 95A to single lane alternating traffic.

Lots of rain and rapid snow melt is also causing havoc to the west.

Highway 3 is closed 10 km west of Creston because of a mudslide. There is no estimated time of re-opening; assessment ongoing, DriveBC reports.

Check with DriveBC for updates.
