The Sparwood & District Arts & Heritage Council, in partnership with the District of Sparwood, Heritage Canada, and the Canada 150 Foundation, is pleased to announce a commission for artwork in honour of Canada’s 150-year celebration.

Interested artists are encouraged to submit proposals to the Sparwood Arts Council until April 12, that distinctly celebrate Canada’s 150th Anniversary; 150 years of the Elk Valley, Sparwood and the Ktunaxa.

All proposals will be evaluated by an independent committee, based upon the guidelines and criteria outlined in the following link.
