Yellowstone focus of April 11 travelogue
On April 11, Dan Hicks is presenting his travelogue about Yellowstone National Park, entitled ‘Yellowstone – Volcanic Land of Searing Waters’ at College of the Rockies.
In March, Hicks presented a preliminary version of his Yellowstone travelogue to the local Rocky Mountain Naturalists and he is now taking it to a broader audience.
On April 11, on behalf of the Friends of the Cranbrook Public Library, head over to the college’s Room 250 at 7 p.m. and take in this colourful look at some of the lesser-known sites in Yellowstone, including the Continental Divide Trail and Shoshone Geyser Basin.
Admission is by donation to the Friends.
