A banner summer in Fernie
Fernie is picturesque place at the worst of times.
Add some extra colour and artistic zing, and it seems to come all the more to life, and such is the case with the ninth annual Fernie Banner Project, which has adorned lampposts along Highway 3 and in the downtown all summer.
This year the talent of 36 artists has been on display around the city. Here’s a brief tour.
