September in the East Kootenay

That’s more like it.

September is my favourite month of the year when it comes to playing with my camera.

A crazy summer of change and challenges was somewhat put behind us in September and we were able to get out and about a lot more.

Life’s passage in our beautiful region was again something Carrie and I were able to try and capture and portray in this monthly feature, and we were able to get to all four corners of the East Kootenay. We also get to showcase the weather variances that begin to occur in September, including some shots from a snowy Sept. 10 morning in Gold Creek (lead image).

This month’s collection features images from: Cranbrook and area, including Aqam; Fernie, Coal Creek and area; Invermere and Wilmer and area; a few shots of neighbouring Crowsnest Pass; Sparwood and area; Kimberley and area and Radium Hot Springs.
