McKerracher returns as Elkford mayor
Dean McKerracher will return as District of Elkford Mayor for the next four years following the Nov. 15 municipal election .
McKerracher received 352 votes to challenger David Jones’ 136.
Elkford’s council for the next four years will be, including votes (number): Ken Wildeman (438); Steve Fairbairn (425); Craig Robinson (409); Mandy McGregor (380), Joe Zarowny (324); and Denise Bertrand (288).
Kris Wilde received 283 votes.
