With great sadness we announce the passing of Ronald Beech. He passed away peacefully after a long fought battle with cancer June 29, 2017 at his home in Windermere, BC.

Ronald was born June 13, 1959 in Calgary, Alberta. He moved to Strathmore, Alberta to raise his family in 1989. He was employed by the City of Calgary Transit Department. He enjoyed building military models in his spare time and had an extensive collection of them. His greatest joy in life was his children and grandchildren whom he loved with all his heart.

He is survived by his wife Dianne, daughter Sally (Brian), grandchildren Aries and Odin, son Mack, brother Gordon (Donna) and family, sister Donna, mother Barbara, sister-in-law Roberta Waugh and family, brother-in-law Stan (Cathy) LaPointe and brother-in-law Michael LaPointe and family.

He was predeceased by his father Donald.

A celebration of life service will be held in Calgary at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 284, Chapel How, (606 – 38th Avenue NE), on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
