On Wednesday, August 23, 2017, Robert John Adams passed away suddenly in Sparwood, BC at the age of 55 years. He was born in Vancouver, BC on April 6, 1962.

Johnny is survived by his daughters, Roberta Turlock of Duncan, BC and Cera (Jesse) Crane of Lethbridge, AB with his precious grandson Hunter, and his previous life partner Suzan Gerlach with her children Shile and Kylie. Also left to mourn his passing are his siblings, Marie, Larry and Paul, nephews Nick, Brian, Justin and Trevor, his niece Kristine, and his aunt, Cecile Fournier. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert Adams and Susan Fournier.

Johnny’s true passion was cruising the highways on his Harley. He also loved family fishing and camping trips to Spray Lakes (Campsite #28), trips to Vancouver for salmon fishing, and collecting everything and anything eagle! Last year, Johnny realized the joy of becoming a grandfather for the first time and also had the privilege of walking his daughter down the isle at her wedding …. cherished memories for his loved ones.

A big personality, Johnny made friends wherever life’s journey took him. He will be missed.

An informal get-together for family & friends will be held.
