Cranbrook resident John Hagman visits BCLC’s Kamloops office to pick up his $75,000 BC/49 win after matching five out of six numbers, plus the bonus number, from the November 30^th draw.

Hagman, who says he likes to play BC/49 as well as Lotto Max, purchased the ticket at a local Shoppers Drug Mart.

“The retailer said, ‘either I broke my machine, or you won big,’” Hagman recalled. The first thing I said was — Oh my!”

Hagman said he plans to share the win with his wife and daughters and put the rest into savings.
