Local launches COVID-19 Face Shield Project

Glenn Johnson, owner of Kootenay Kwik Print (KKP) in Cranbrook, started 3-D Printing face shields in early April to provide to local healthcare professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Though he is the face of KKP, this is a personal project that he is doing from his home. His goal is to supply our local hospital and long-term care health care workers with as many face shields as needed,” noted a correspondence to e-KNOW from “a grateful nurse.”

Good on you Glenn!
