Bylaw No. 2985 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Electoral Area E Zoning and Floodplain Management Bylaw No. 2502, 2014 – Amendment Bylaw No. 26, 2020 (Meadowbrook / Seifried)” will amend the zone designation of Lot 2, District Lot 2711, Kootenay District, Plan NEP20458 from RR-60 Rural Resource Zone to RR-8, Rural Residential (Country) Zone and RR-2, Rural Residential (Small Holding) Zone.
