Bylaw No. 3017 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Baynes Lake Official Community Plan No. 2319, 2011 – Amendment Bylaw No. 12, 2020 (Kragmont / Williamson)” will amend the OCP designation of a portion of Lot 4, Block 74, District Lot 132, Kootenay District, Plan 1181 from LH, Large Holdings to SH, Small Holdings.

Bylaw No. 3018 “Regional District of East Kootenay – South Country Zoning and Floodplain Management Bylaw No. 2320, 2011 – Amendment Bylaw No. 22, 2020 (Kragmont / Williamson)” will amend the zone designation of a portion of Lot 4, Block 74, District Lot 132, Kootenay District, Plan 1181 from RR-4 Rural Residential (Hobby Farm) Zone to RR-2, Rural Residential (Small Holding) Zone and RR-1, Rural Residential (Estate) Zone.
