Bylaw No. 3155 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Rockyview Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2255, 2010 – Amendment Bylaw No. 29, 2022 (Gold Creek / Merchant & Oslund)” will amend the OCP designation of Lot 5, District Lot 3911, Kootenay District Plan 6277 from MH, Medium Holdings to SH, Small Holdings.
