Weekly update from Cranbrook RCMP
Cranbrook RCMP responded to 192 calls for service over the past week.
Of the 192 calls, 24 were mental health/check well-being calls, 11 were false alarms and there were 19 suspicious person files.
RCMP also responded to 17 traffic related files, 12 theft calls and 16 incidents of mischief. There were 10 assaults reported in the past seven days.
“In the early morning hours of April 12, unknown suspects used what is believed to be pellet gun and shot at several residences and vehicles,” said Cst. Katie Forgeron. “We are collecting video in the area of these events and are hoping to find the responsible person(s).”
