Cranbrook RCMP responded to 241 calls for service over the past week.

Of the 241 calls, 24 were mental health/check well-being calls, 23 suspicious person files and 28 mischief/disturbance calls.

RCMP also responded to 31 traffic related files, 17 theft calls and eight assaults.

“Summer is coming and as in previous years, our file count is also increasing,” said Cst. Katie Forgeron.
