Creston RCMP report wanted man has turned himself in
UPDATE
Creston RCMP report Zachary Muise turned himself into police on June 17 and was held in custody. Muise was arrested for his outstanding warrant and an additional theft charge.
Muise allegedly stole an electronic device a week earlier from a local organization. Police have recovered the stolen property from Muise.
Creston RCMP would like to thank the public for the immense pressure placed on Zachary Muise to turn himself,
stated Cst. Brett Urano Creston RCMP Media Relations Officer.
Muise was brought before the courts where he was released on multiple conditions and given a new court date.

Creston RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance with location 18-year-old Zachary Muise.
“Police are actively looking for Zachary Muise and he is known to be in Creston,” stated Cst. Brett Urano, Creston RCMP Media Relations officer.
Muise is wanted on an endorsed warrant for three charges including:
- Willfully resisting a peace officer, Section 129(a) Criminal Code (C.C.)
- Theft under $5,000, Section 334(b) C.C.
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm, Section 264.1(1)(a) C.C.
Zachary Muise is described as:
185 cm (6’1);
74 kg (163 lbs);
Brown hair;
Thin build;
18 years old.
