Arq Mountain Center in Cranbrook is in the midst of hosting its first ever women’s climbing program and has been blown away by the level of interest.

The program is for climbers of all levels- it is tailored for women who may just be getting into the sport, and also for seasoned climbers looking to further develop their skill-sets, get motivated and build a community in a safe and welcoming environment.

The program is being held one evening per week, over a five-week period. We have received generous support from local businesses as well as professional athletes, including Sasha DiGuilian, who have donated prizes.

Registration has closed for this session, but another one will be offered in April, 2024. Keep an eye out for additional programs and events that we will be hosting to meet the obvious demand and to continuously inspire movement.
