Dive into Canadian music with local concert
Canada’s musical history is lousy with greatness.
From April Wine to Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush to Moxy to Zon, this nation has pumped out phenomenal artists over the decades.
Want a glimpse into that greatness?
Head to Key City Theatre on Friday, May 31 for Canadian Artist Tribute 2024, featuring a host of Cranbrook and area musical acts and artists.
The May 31 concert is a fundraiser; the proceeds will help fund artists and equipment for Fisher Peak Performing Artists Society’s free Summer Sounds shows, and many others.
The evening will feature songs by Canadian greats performed by a host of local performers, including Pretty for the People, Heather Gemmell, Voodoo Rhythm Kings, Phaeton, Jamie Neve, Jack Spring, The Confluentials and more.
Ticket $30, $25 for seniors, $20 for youth.
