Submissions open for Youth Climate Activism Award
The National Youth Climate Activism Award is a registered Canadian non-profit that has been working in the climate sphere for 19 years.
This year, it is providing 25 awards of $1,000 each for youth aged between 15-20, and $500 for those under 14.
Submissions for the award have just opened, and will close on Earth Day, April 22.
Applicants may choose between writing a 500-word essay or submitting an (up to) five minute video depicting the efforts they have taken in support of their local or global environment.
