Do you have a teen (ages 13–17) in your life? We want to hear from them!

We are working with amazing nursing students at the College of the Rockies to better understand the needs, experiences, and challenges of youth in our community.

This short five to 10-minute survey will help shape future programs, supports, and spaces for young people in Cranbrook.

Participation is completely voluntary, and responses will directly support improvements to youth programming in our community.

The survey closes April 4 —please encourage the teens in your life to take part and have their voices heard.
