Mountain Mosaic Festival of the Arts returns July 1

The Columbia Valley Arts Council once again proudly presents one of our region’s most vibrant festive traditions – Mountain Mosaic Festival of the Arts.

Join in on Wednesday, July 1, from 12 to 4 p.m. at the beautiful Pynelogs Cultural Centre & Gardens for an unforgettable afternoon of live music, creativity, community spirit, and family fun, immediately following the Downtown Invermere Canada Day Parade.

The event is free to attend and everyone welcome.

This year’s festival features an incredible lineup of live entertainment including: Rubber Tire Peep Show; Tryg Strand & The Band; The Prospectres; Second Winds Brass Band.

Plus a full afternoon packed with interactive arts and activities: Rhythm By Nature Community Drumming; Live Community Mural with Black Star Studios; Circus Workshops; Stilt Walkers; Face Painting; Family Fun Zone & Inflatable Carnival Art Gallery; Exhibition Artisan Market; Food Trucks; 50/50 Draw.

Bring your own chair, cooler, refreshments, and community spirit as we gather lakeside to celebrate music, art, creativity, and connection in the heart of the Columbia Valley.

Then keep the celebration going at “Rockinomix” at Pothole Park starting at 6:30 p.m.

Presented by the Columbia Valley Arts Council with support from an incredible group of local businesses, organizations, sponsors, artists, volunteers, and community partners.

Invite your friends, share the event, and help us celebrate another amazing Canada Day together in the Columbia Valley!
