Abbott Awards set for August 23
The votes are in… and the winners have been finalized!
Now it’s time to celebrate.
Join us on Sunday, August 23 for the 2026 Abbott Awards as we recognize the remarkable volunteers, performers, directors, designers, technicians, and creators who brought this past season to life.
The Abbott Awards are more than an evening of applause—they are a tribute to the legacy of Bud Abbott, whose passion, generosity, and belief in community theatre helped shape Cranbrook Community Theatre into what it is today.
We gather at Key City Theatre not only to celebrate excellence on and behind the stage, but to honour the spirit of volunteerism and friendship that Bud inspired.
Doors open: 6 p.m. (Complimentary snacks & cocktail hour);
Awards Ceremony: 7 p.m.
FREE Admission, no ticket required.
Dress to Impress (Suggested dress: Semi-Formal to Formal).
