Ken had an affinity for nature fostered by the countless hours spent exploring the bush (now known as the nature park) above his parents’ house with the neighbourhood gang.

Ken loved hiking, listening to classic rock and folk music (the louder the better), dogs, a good joke and reminiscing about the good ole days!

He worked at Cominco as a motor winder until the mine closed then for several years at Super Store until his retirement.

Ken was predeceased by his parents Angelo and Mary Pagnucco, and his brother Brian Pagnucco.

He will be fondly remembered by his brother Dave Pagnucco and his sister and brother-in-law Kathie and Dale Sanche along with his new favourite furry friend Grace.

Ken spent the last few months battling cancer while never losing his sense of humour even though he knew it was a battle he could not win.

At Ken’s request there will be no service, those who wish to honour him should go for walk in nature and take a moment to appreciate how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful place.
