It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terry Goddard, age 72, who passed away peacefully on August 5, 2026, at home in Cranbrook, BC, surrounded by his family.

Terry was a beloved husband, dad, and Papa, He will be remembered for his love, his sense of humour, his stories, and the countless memories he created with the people he cared about most.

Terry had a passion for the things that made life enjoyable. He loved cars, fishing, long drives, peanut brittle, chocolate pie, casinos, a nice cold beer, Mexico, and his friends and family.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. McIver and his team for their care, compassion, and support during Terry’s journey. Your kindness and dedication meant so much to Terry and his family.

Terry will be deeply missed as a husband, dad, papa, and friend. His absence will be felt every day, but his love, laughter, stories, and memories will live on in all of us.

And if you’re wondering where Terry is now, he’s in Mexico, having beers with his best friend Brad who passed earlier this year.

Rest easy, Terry. Save us a seat. we will see you again.

As per his request, there will be no funeral however the next time, you crack a cold beer have a slice of chocolate pie or a bite of peanut brittle think of Terry.

Terry is survived by his wife Becky, daughters Terra (Rob) and Chelan, son Terry (Danni), grandchildren Kaila, Ashton, Dajan, and many friends. Terry was predeceased by his parents, Bert and Marjorie brothers, Harold and John, as well as his best friend Brad.
