Radium is re-introducing itself to returning and new visitors alike
It’s been an exciting six months at Tourism Radium!
With a new brand to lead the way, Radium Hot Springs is re-introducing itself to returning and new visitors alike; with a fresh, vibrant look. Since July, we have actively reached out to snowmobilers, motorcyclists and the traveling over 50 crowd with an invitation to ‘get a peace’ of what Radium has to offer.
Through our partnership with Kootenay Rockies Tourism we have been able to advertise in several well distributed publications and attend tradeshows under the KRT banner. Supported and recommended by other destinations, we are becoming a place you have to see to believe.
Plans for the future include partnerships with other DMOs to cross promote our destinations, linking up with the Columbia Valley Golf Trail, the Columbia Valley Mountain Biking Society, the Columbia Cultural Tourism Committee and many other fabulous groups all working together to promote our beautiful valley.
A new Tourism Radium publication
Now that we have established a new look to help us draw people to Radium, we have decided to produce a publication to create awareness about what to do once you get here. Often, travelers zoom right through Radium to another destination.
It is our goal, at Tourism Radium, to make Radium the destination.
The first issue will feature locally sourced photos, exciting editorial and personal invitations from our mayor and Tourism Radium president. The design has been created to reflect the beauty of our village and capture the vibrance that makes us who we are. Our greatest successes will be achieved together, so we invite you to participate in this first issue of Tourism Radium’s new publication; Radium Hot Springs.
Tourism Radium’s Board of Directors will be contacting you with an opportunity to advertise in the publication and discuss how the magazine can promote your business. We have kept the advertising costs extremely reasonable in the hopes that every business will be able to participate as we showcase the wonder that is Radium Hot Springs.
