Effective immediately, East Kootenay Performing Arts Festival Society (EKPAFS) will begin collecting empty printer cartridges from businesses and individuals for recycling.

Laser cartridges, colour printer cartridges, and inkjet cartridges can all be recycled.  (No copier cartridges.)

We will provide plastic containers for your organization to put empty cartridges in, and when the container is full, you can simply call us to pick them up.

We hope to have drop-off locations available in the future. If anyone has space that they could put a collection container in, we’d be happy to discuss this.

The East Kootenay Performing Arts Festival showcases our local talent and gives aspiring speech artists, musicians and dancers an opportunity to have a professional adjudicator review their performances.

Winners of their individual competitions are eligible to proceed to the Performing Arts BC Provincial competition.
