Watch the all-candidates’ forum before Oct. 24 election
JCI Kootenay hosted a digital all-candidates’ forum on Sunday, October 18, featuring the five candidates running for the Kootenay-Rockies seat.
Artistic Media Productions (AMP) filmed the event and has prepared the 2026 Kootenay-Rockies All Candidates Forum for voters to watch.
The forum provided MLA candidates an opportunity to share their platforms and information about themselves and their parties, as well as answer questions from voters.
In order of appearance the candidates are: Norma Blissett – BC NDP; Keenan Dennehy – BC Green Party; AJ Wolfe – OneBC; Paul Heywood – CentreBC; Pete Davis – Conservative Party of B.C. (incumbent).
AMP donated the professional recording and post-production for the event.
“With Election Day coming up this Saturday, October 24, we wanted to make sure voters had time to hear directly from the candidates before voting,” AMP said.
“A huge thank-you to JCI Kootenay for organizing and hosting the forum, Jason Wheeldon of The Wheeldon Group for moderating, the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce for collecting the questions, and Ground Floor Coworking Space for donating the venue.”
