“Hartz”
1936 – 2013
It is with deep sorrow that the family of Hartley Lundell announces his passing on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 76 years of age.
Hartley was born on November 20, 1936. He loved golfing, cooking, walking with headphones on belting out Sinatra. Hartz was an avid fan of the Kootenay Ice, Calgary Stampeders and the Seattle Seahawks.
Hartz is survived by his loving wife Marjorie of 50 years, son Scott (Judy Yee), grandkids David and Jeffrey, daughter Lorraine (Darcy) Massey, grandchild Brandon (Meghan Rockman), great grandchildren Kairi and Jace, son Duncan (Bernice) and son Brad (Kimberley Munro). He was predeceased by his father Arvid, mom Janet, brothers Fred and Robert and his sister Anne.
A Celebration Of Hartz’s Life will be held in August 2014. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in his honour may do so to: Pancreatic Cancer Canada, 30 – Concourse Gate, Unit 27, Ottawa, Ontario, K2E 7V7.
