Arla Monteith of the Cranbrook Phoenix Toastmasters Club is presented with an award for receiving her ACS (Advanced Communicator Silver) from Marilyn Forbes, VP Ed, and with club President Roberta Rodgers at their December 8 meeting. Monteith is in the process of working towards her ALS – Advanced Leader Silver.
