Fund started to help Canal Flats couple
A well-known and loved Canal Flats couple recently received some bad news that is being piled atop previous bad news.
With that in mind, a Go Fund Me account has been established to allow people to make donations to help Connie and Doc Lang.
“Connie has once again been diagnosed with cancer and will be undergoing surgery in the next few weeks; almost 13 years to the day from being diagnosed with breast cancer. Connie has been my friend for over 30 years and is one tough cookie. She has been married to Doc for over 24 years and they have hung in there through some pretty tough times,” the Go Fund Me explanation outlines.
“Doc also was diagnosed over four years ago with terminal cancer so therefore hasn’t been able to work. He is a guy who will help anybody, anytime with anything. Even putting himself out to do so. I’ve seen it many times. Never asking for anything in return.
“So folks if you have it in your hearts and your wallets to help these folks out that would be awesome and I know how much they would appreciate it immensely. Thank you!”
