Elizabeth “Liz” Duchscherer (nee Macleanan) passed away peacefully on September 12, 2020 at the Kootenay Street Village in Cranbrook British Columbia, with her family at her side, she was 75 years old.

Liz was born December 24, 1944 in Irvine, Scotland; at the age of 7 her family moved to Birmingham, England where she spent her childhood. The family is grateful for the care and friendship of Liz’s neighbors and friends, especially Monica, Jackie and Joan who helped her out so much over these last few years. The family also wishes to extend their appreciation to the nursing staff at Kootenay Street Village for their kindness and compassionate care in the last part of Liz’s journey.
