We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Terry Lyn Evans on Thursday, July 9 with her loving husband/best friend Barry Evans by her side.

Terry was born December 8 1958 to George and Jean McCormack in Lytton, B.C.

Terry and Barry shared a life together for 45 years and settled in Cranbrook to start a family. Terry was always very kind and caring which led to a career in caregiving for Interior Health. Terry found enjoyment in doing things by hand and would always teach who ever was willing to learn. She could usually be found in the kitchen canning, baking goodies, and cooking delicious home made meals. She enjoyed spending time outside in the yard and camping with family.

Terry will be greatly missed by her husband Barry, her two sons Todd and Tyrell, daughter in law Caitlin, her grandson Liam, and so many other family and friends that had the privilege to meet her on life’s journey.
