He leaves behind his wife, Eileen of 50 years, his son Lee (Lisa) and daughter Sarah. Also 3 cherished grandsons Dayten, Lynden, and Kaleb.

He was born in Edson, Alberta, the son of Vera and Ernie Carlson.

Chris had three siblings, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Chris enjoyed the outdoors in every season; camping, quadding, mountain biking in the spring and summer, also hunting and “side by side”ing in the fall and winter. He took great pride in the garden and keeping his yard looking good.

As requested by Chris, there will not be a memorial service.
