Darlene Elaine Hubscher

Born in Trail, she lived a life filled with curiosity, laughter, and a deep appreciation for the natural world. An avid kayaker and hiker, she found her greatest joy surrounded by mountains, water, forest trails, and open skies. Her love for collecting rocks reflected her spiritual connection to the earth—each stone a reminder of the beauty and meaning she saw in the world around her.

Those who knew her will remember her for her delightfully quirky sense of humor, her kind heart, and her ability to bring lightness to any moment. She had a wonderful gift for making people smile. She often found joy and laughter even in life’s simplest moments. She lived with grace, wisdom, and a free spirit that inspired everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by:

– Grandchildren: Kyra, Maella, Evia, Kayson, Kolton, and Alex.

– Sons and Spouses: Chad [Pearl], Brandon [Lysa], Richard [Brittaney], and of course her loyal canine companion Chi, who will continue to cherish her memory and carry forward her spirit of adventure and peace.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date, where friends and family are invited to share stories and honor the remarkable life she lived.
