Ethel Sophie Kinshella

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ethel at the age of 77, who most recently resided in Cranbrook. Ethel grew up in Sparwood and was an active member of the Catholic Church. Ethel had the biggest heart and loved her friends and family.

She will be greatly missed by her brother Raymond Joss (Maggie), niece Peaches Pennock (Dirk) and great nephews Joseph and Zachariah. She was predeceased by her father Joseph Joss, mother Helen, nephew Alex Joss and cousin Shirley MacFarlane (Stuart) who cared for her deeply. She also leaves behind great friends Connie Beranek and Wendy Holland. Special thanks to those at the Green Home who cared for Ethel in her final years.

There will be a celebration at a later date at St Michael’s Parish in Sparwood.
