Obituary of Henry Allan Baker
Henry (Hank) Allan Baker
September 18, 1942 – November 25, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Henry Allan Baker (Hank) of Cranbrook, BC, on November 25, 2025, at the age of 83 years. Hank was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, on September 18, 1942.
Hank had a career as a heavy-duty mechanic and retired at the age of 60, but he also had a passion for expanding his mind. Throughout his life, he dabbled in NLP, tapping, counselling, and massage therapy. Hank was an avid fisherman, reader of books, and grower of garlic. He always had a thought to share or advice to give, and he loved a good, deep conversation. He was the type of person who would give the shirt off his back to help a family member or even a stranger.
Hank is survived by his wife, Jeanette, after 58 years of marriage; his son Allan (Shelly) and their children, Paige and Emily (Evan); his daughter Shawna (Mark) and their children, Dayne, Bronwyn, and Gwen; and his son Corey (Lisa) and his children, Gabby and Nellie.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
And in the words of our father and husband: “Absolutely! 100%. Guaranteed.”
