Linda Darlene Nelson (Mitchell)
July 17, 1953 – August 26, 2020
Linda grew up a small-town prairie girl, on a farm with a big loving family. She started her own family and soon took a move to beautiful British Columbia. Although she deeply missed the prairies, she made this her new home. Linda was an amazing cook. You could always find a large group of people gathered for a great feed of just about anything. If you were hungry, you weren’t for very long around Linda. She loved to cook and would make sure everyone was taken care of. From a hard-working Mom on the ranch, to a dedicated bakery worker, she managed to still have enough energy for anyone who needed a hand.
Linda is survived by her family Michelle, Darren, Cody, Dylan, Brooke, Carson and so many more, including friends made along her life travels.
She was loved and will be truly missed.
Although we cannot hear your voice
Or see your smile no more.
We know you still walk along beside
us as you did before.
You will always listen to our stories,
And wipe away our tears.
You will wrap your arms around
us and help us with our fears.
