Sheila was predeceased by her mother Gloria Hunt, her father Jack Hunt, and her Husband Matt Lorentz. She leaves behind her beloved sister Darlene (Ron) Turner, and brother Tom (Debbie)Hunt, many loved nieces, nephews and friends, as well as her two loving children Dale (Debbie) Lorentz and Carla(David) Smith, her dearly loved adopted daughter Elizabeth (Gerard) Capati, her wonderful grandchildren Lindsey (Scott) Rathwell, Ashley(Gage) Lorentz Daniel (ChaCha) Anderson, Connor (Jeannie) Smith, and her four beautiful great-grandchildren, Ayla, Logan, Nolan and Cooper. Last but not least her great grand puppies Smudge, Casper, Diego and Pahtah and all the cats including her special Domino. In lieu of flowers we ask you donate to either Cancer research or to Multiple Sclerosis research.

A Celebration of Sheila’s life will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 11:00 am at McPherson Funeral Chapel 1885 Warren Ave, Kimberley, B.C.
