Local author signing new book at Coles
Canadian businessman and author David B. Savage invites the public to join him at Coles Bookstore on Saturday, March 26 as he launches his remarkable new book, Break Through To Yes: Unlocking the Possible within a Culture of Collaboration.
Our systems and organizational cultures are not functioning properly. Our regulatory and legal system too often fails both the proponent and the opponent.
Why are businesses (and governments too) unable to optimize resources, manage projects well and achieve goals?
Why do we continue to waste time, resources and people on so many poorly managed projects?
Why are the best of intentions not realized?
“Every day, someone tells me that we must stop the anger, derision, and separation that is too common in our conversations, politics, communities and organizations. Together, let’s all be part of the solution. We must change. We must evolve to collective wisdom through inclusion and respect,” said Cranbrook resident Savage.
With 40 years of experience of working with leaders, teams and organizations to help build their skills, businesses and deal effectively with an increasingly challenging and complex business environment, David is ultimately qualified to share his knowledge of how leaders and organizations can gain a key strategic advantage over competitors. And that solution is by working together to build a culture of collaboration – one that includes innovation, diversity, inclusivity and analysis – all of which produce a successful outcome.
Break Through to Yes promises and delivers a sure-fire method to make collaboration work and offers 10 Essential Steps to guide leaders and teams to success.
David will answer questions and sign copies of his book that will be available for sale from 1 to 3 p.m. at Coles Bookstore in Tamarack Centre.
