Mariya Stokes among acts coming to Fun Field Festival
Multi-award-winning Alberta-born artist Mariya Stokes is bringing her debut album Mood Ring to life on stage at the Fun Field Festival in Wardner on June 28 as part of her summer tour.
Released on May 23, the album includes the viral single “F*ck Pretty” and her newest track ‘Biggest Fan.’ Born from a period of deep self-reflection and growth, Mood Ring invites listeners to embrace the freedom of being unapologetically themselves.

Stokes grew up in Stavely, Alberta, where she found her love for singing at a young age. Since then, she’s become a seasoned performer, opening for artists including Jade Eagleson, MacKenzie Porter and Doc Walker and taking the mainstage at Canada’s biggest festivals including Country Thunder Alberta and Cavendish Beach Music Festival.
She also earned national recognition as a semi-finalist in SiriusXM’s Top of the Country and has won CMAB Female Artist of the Year twice.
Fun Field Festival is back, June 27 to June 29, for its second year, bringing people together for live music (13 acts), camping, arts, games, artisan vendors, local food trucks, and more in the beautiful confines of Wardner Community Park.
