“I would like to personally thank everyone who has been so enthusiastic about the new book. I look forward to hearing more of your mountain stories, seeing your photos or just saying hello,” Powell said.

“It has been very exciting to hear that so many people have been enjoying Fisher Peak Chronicles.  According to Erin Dalton, owner of Lotus Books in downtown Cranbrook, Fisher Peak Chronicles has been the store’s bestselling book this fall,” he added.A recent book reviewer of the Fisher Peak Chronicles called the new book, “an intricately woven and well told tale.” Many others have especially enjoyed the over 70 historical and contemporary photos contained in its pages.

“I would like to extend a tremendous thank you to everyone who has been so generous in contributing their stories and pictures to the book.  I know this local input is what really makes Fisher Peak Chronicles so popular with readers,” said the author.
