Integra renewing commitment to region
For the past 14 months Integra Air has been proud to offer scheduled flights servicing the Kootenay Region through the Canadian Rockies International Airport. Integra has developed an extensive network of committed stakeholders and a loyal clientele base during this period of expansion into this new market. Integra has launched two phases providing scheduled flights between Cranbrook and Edmonton and has learned valuable lessons about passenger needs and how to provide the high calibre of service that Integra is known for.
In order to continue to grow and service the Kootenay Region Integra has determined that they need to make a significant investment in their fleet by purchasing larger aircraft to service the Cranbrook-Edmonton business and recreational traveller market. The larger aircraft will benefit future clients with improved flight schedules and an affordable pricing structure for valued customers.
Currently Integra is working towards purchasing new, larger aircraft and has been investing in a comprehensive new marketing plan to promote the new flight schedule.
These are considerable commitments and understandably require sufficient time to ensure success.
Strengthening the company’s position with the right aircraft, pricing structure and relationships will allow this to happen. As of September of 2012 the present service will discontinue with the objective to return in the future with a better level of service and pricing to the region.
Integra Air has valued and has been very impressed with the cooperation and the input from the Canadian Rockies International Airport Management, the Cities of Cranbrook and Kimberley, and all the community stakeholders that have supported us in this venture. We look forward to the continued relationships as we move forward in creating the right service for the region.
