New pagers for SAR courtesy BC Hydro
Cranbrook and District Search and Rescue Society is now able to buy much-needed new pagers for its emergency responder volunteers.
Recognizing the importance of reliable equipment and placing a high priority on safety, BC Hydro provided a $3,250 donation on June 10 to Search and Rescue to help with the technology update. Pictured, left to right: Bruce Gilday, Jeff Beler, BC Hydro’s Sally MacDonald, and Nick Bedwell.
