The Mountain Market is a member of the BC Association of Farmers Markets (BCAFM). The BCAFM aims to support, develop and promote farmers’ markets in British Columbia so local food continues to thrive while maintaining the highest level of safety. Farmers Markets are considered an essential service.

The BCAFM continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and update its members across BC on this issue as it continues to evolve. The Mountain Market plans to modify our operations in accordance with the direction set by the BC Centre for Disease Control and to work with our local health authority and vendors to ensure health and wellness and collaborate on steps forward.

The Mountain Market is currently planning to host:
- Sunday Rotary Park Market – Hosting our regular market season. We are unsure if special event markets will take place at this time.
- Mountain Market Online – We are developing an online farmers market platform to help our community gain access to locally made products and support our local small business vendors through selling products through an online farmers’ market store.
